UEI Preferences Tool

Provides an interface for setting the preferences for the SDK's on-device debug tools.

DESCRIPTION

The prefs command launches a text editor and opens the properties file [SDK HOME]\lib\sdkme.properties. The next time one of the SDK's on-device debug tools is launched it reads the new settings in the properties file and picks up changes.
